Facilities

Toilets and Baby Changing Facilities

Male and female toilets (with baby change and disabled access) can be found between the Post Office and Gant on Drury Lane

Disabled Access

The unique outdoor layout at Mell Square ensures that it has excellent access for disabled shoppers.

A large number of our stores and facilities are specially designed to incorporate ramps, lifts and wide doors wherever possible, so as to ensure an easy and successful visit everytime.

If you require specific assistance with your shopping, please contact the stores you wish to visit in advance at this site.

Boots Outpatients Clinic

Heart of England NHS Trust have joined forces with leading health and beauty retailer Boots UK to open an outpatient's clinic on the first floor of the Boots store in Mell square. The clinic currently offers drop-in blood testing and over the coming weeks will offer GP referral services for dermatology, pain management, MSK physiotherapy and ophthalmology.

The clinic is part of a Trust initiative to bring healthcare services into the community and means the Trust will be the first of its kind to offer blood testing, outpatient dermatology treatment and children's ophthalmology clinics in a Boots store.

All services will be available Monday to Friday 9.30am- 4pm and Saturday 9am - 12 noon.
